Pandava
Sena is the congregational youth-group of Pandava Sena's activities are as varied as the age range of its members: 13-30, being young at heart is what counts! Weekly programmes, or 'Jammins' are held all over the country, where members come to discuss philosophy, sing, dance, eat and basically have a good time! Many Pandava Sena members study at university, taking the spiritual vibe with them to share with their fellow students. The mantra meditation and bhakti-yoga workshops, festivals, retreats, vegetarian cooking classes and so on are held regularly, and afford the students a time to relax, contemplate and get away from the hustle and bustle and pressures of student-life in the modern day. With Krishna Consciousness Societies in campuses far and wide, and thousands of members, this makes it the largest student spiritual society in the country. Small,
study groups are held locally to enable continuing education, and ongoing personal
spiritual development. Other Pandava Sena activities include retreats to temples
around the world and helping to organise and take part in the many festivals held
at Bhaktivedanta Manor, to name but a few. To find out more information please visit: www.psena.com |
