DIRECTIONS

Directions

From the M1 (North or South)
• Come off at Junction 5.
• Take the A41 South towards "Harrow" and "South Watford".
• Drive straight over at the first roundabout (with the 'Toby Carvery' pub to your left)
• Turn left just before the Jarvis Hotel onto Sandy Lane.
• At its end, turn left and immediately to the right you will find the entrance to Bhaktivedanta Manor.
From the M25 Clockwise
• Come off at Junction 19 and come to a large roundabout at the end of a long slip road.
• Take the A41 South towards "North Watford."
• Go straight on at the first roundabout, with lights (one mile),
• Straight on at the lights (half a mile), and go under the M1 interchange (Junction 5).
• Drive straight over at the next roundabout (with the 'Toby Carvery' pub to your left) and past the Hilton Hotel, for approximately three quarters of a mile.
• Turn left just before the Jarvis Hotel onto Sandy Lane.
• At its end, turn left and immediately to the right you will find the entrance to Bhaktivedanta Manor.

From the M25 Anti-clockwise/From the North via the A1
• Come off the M25 at Junction 23.
• Take the A1 South. At the first roundabout, turn right along the A411.
• Turn left almost immediately at the first roundabout, straight on the A411.
• Go straight on at the first lights at Elstree.
• Follow the road to the next roundabout.
• Take the third exit onto the A41.
• Keep going straight for about one and a half miles.
• Turn right just after the Jarvis Hotel onto Sandy Lane.
• At its end, turn left and immediately to the right you will find the entrance to Bhaktivedanta Manor.
From London direction via the A41 (not by the M1)
• Driving along the A41 you will see turns for Edgware and Stanmore to the left.
• Carry straight on.
• You will see the slip road onto the M1 North at Junction 4.
• Almost immediately you will come to a roundabout with an Esso petrol station on the far right hand corner.
• Go straight over the roundabout and the next one.
• Continue on for another one-and-a-half miles until you come to the Jarvis Hotel on your right hand side.
• Just after the hotel, turn right onto Sandy Lane.
• At its end, turn left and immediately to the right you will find the entrance to the Bhaktivedanta Manor.

Train
Radlett (3 miles) and Watford (4 miles) From Central London: take Thameslink from Kings Cross to Radlett

Underground
Stanmore (4 miles), Edgware (5 miles) and Watford (4 miles)

Taxi
Services are readily available from all stations

Bus
service 602, approximately every half hour from Watford Junction station and Exchange Road, alight at the Toby Restaurant beside Hilfield Lane. Walk three-quarters of a mile along Hilfield Lane past Patchetts Green Village onto a lane on your left (Dharam Marg)leading to the manor itself. The same buses can be caught near Radlett station travelling towards Watford.
