The Manor’s Structure / Committees

The Manor has a unique structure enabling decisions to be made collegiately. It consists of many committees and advisory bodies to help co-ordinate and manage its affairs, including:

•   Senior Management Meetings - Composed of the Temple President and Senior Directors
• Middle Management Meetings - Composed of the Temple President and Middle Managers
• Patrons Council – Temple President; Senior Directors and Selected Patrons of the Manor
• Child Protection Team - Qualified members from the community who oversee the welfare of the children
• Community Committee - Selected members of the devotee community directing community affairs
• Estate Development Committee - Temple President; Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor, Community Council and Patrons Council
• Festival Committee - Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor; Volunteers from the community helping to organise festivals like Janmashtami
• Food & Quality Assurance Committee - Temple President; Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor and the Community
• Gurukula Management Committee - Teachers, parents and Manor management representatives
• Health & Safety Committee – Temple President; Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor and Patrons Council
• Legal & Personnel Committee - Temple President; Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor and the Community
• Maha Festival Committee – Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor and Patrons Council
• Outreach Committee - members of each department involved in broadcasting the message of Krishna consciousness throughout the south of England
• Pandava Sena - Youth representatives who run the work of young people at Bhaktivedanta Manor
• Publicity & Marketing Committee - Temple President; Senior Directors; selected members of the Manor
