He appeared in 1486 in Mayapur\, West Bengal. \nGaura Purnima provides a golden opportunity to reflect on Lord Caitanya’s mission of spreading Nama Sankirtana to every town and village\, and chant the holy names of the Lord. \nThe Holika Dahan bonfire is a ceremonial tradition performed based on the past-times of Prahlad Maharaja.
