We have three hearts: the physical pump, the emotional heart and the spiritual heart. There is a very thin threshold between the material and spiritual reality, and it goes right through the heart.
Karttika Candra Dasa was born and brought up in a traditional family of practising Vaisnavas whose Vaisanava roots go back at least fourteen generations.
A Krishna conscious scholar and maestro of many disciplines, Karttika Candra Dasa’ breadth of understanding of the Vedic literatures is astounding. A bhakti yoga practitioner his whole life, he understands and feels the devotional essence of the scriptures.
Karttika Candra is a member of the steering committee of the School of Bhakti at Bhaktivedanta Manor and has taught several courses as a teacher at the School of Bhakti. Karttika Candra holds a traditional Sastri degree in Sanskrit as well as a B.Eng (Hons) and an Exec MBA degree.
