We are seeking a passionate and skilled Project Manager to join our Technology team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new technology solutions in the areas of loyalty program, app development, community management, customer service, CRM, and communication, social media and hardware. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about new technologies and aligns with the ethos of the Hare Krishna Temple.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
- Research and test new technologies and systems to identify the best solutions for our needs.
- Conduct comparative analyses of different technologies and systems.
- Oversee the implementation of selected technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with the wider technology team and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on new systems and technologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with an ability to liaise with people across functions and levels.
- Problem-solving mindset: A proactive, resourceful approach to challenges with a knack for troubleshooting.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable with (or easily willing to learn using) a wide array of tools and tech including Canva, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and various AI tools, alongside knowledge of digital and social platforms (social media, email marketing, newsletter, etc.)
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Finance / Operations experience: Knowledge of basic finance and compliance processes (e.g., bookkeeping, fundraising, grants management)
