Hare Krishna. Unfortunately, we have no more tickets available. Please consider using our shuttle services or park & ride tickets as your entry pass to the festival.

Dussehra celebrates the victory of Lord Ramachandra over Ravana during the battle in Lanka. This pastime appears in the great epic Ramayana. The word Dussehra comes from the word `dus` meaning `ten’ and `hara`, meaning `annihilated`, referring to the destruction of the ten-headed Ravana.

Shuttle Tickets

We are pleased to offer shuttle tickets for transportation to the Dussehra Festival (Sunday 5 Oct 2025) from either Stanmore Station, Harrow & Wealdstone.

Your shuttle ticket will also serve as your entry pass to the festival site. Do not book a General Entry ticket if you are using the shuttle service.

Shuttle Ticket Usage: Your shuttle ticket is only valid for use on the shuttle buses from the station you have booked. If you drive to the manor with a shuttle ticket, you will be refused entry.
 
Return Shuttle Services: The return shuttle buses will be running from 6pm – 8pm.

Park & Ride

We are excited to introduce a Park and Ride service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all festival attendees.

Due to limited parking at Bhaktivedanta Manor, you can subscribe to the Park and Ride option if onsite parking tickets are not available.

Offsite parking will be located at Haberdashers’ Girls’ School, with full details provided on your ticket.

A ticket is required to enter the site between 2pm – 6pm on Sun 5 Oct 2025

– By booking your time slot, this helps us create a better and smoother experience for you, with shorter queues and more space to participate in the festival.

– Reduces heavy traffic in the surrounding area, making it easier for you to attend and creates less disruption for locals and non festival-goers.

– Helps us to be less wasteful, as we can prepare appropriate quantities of resources and prasadam (sanctified food).

A ticket will be required for entry between 2pm-6pm. Without a ticket between these times we will not be able to let you in.

Tickets are not required for children under 5.

In order to enter Bhaktivedanta Manor on this day, a ticket is required. Without a ticket you will not be let in.

You are welcome to stay and enjoy the festivities for as long as you like. Your ticket time only relates to your arrival time.

If you arrive 30 mins before or after your booked arrival time, then you will still be allowed entry. Any earlier than that, we may ask you to please come back later, closer to your booked time. Any later than that, we will try our best to accommodate you, but it may not be possible to allow entry due to limited parking. Please arrive as close to your booked arrival time as possible.

Disabled Access for the Burning of Ravana
Please note that the Burning of the effigy of Ravana will take place in the fields, and the terrain could be muddy and bumpy. There will be no buggies available.
 
Is there parking available for wheelchair users?
When arriving, please make your requirement for wheelchair accessibility known to the car park volunteers. They will do their best to direct you to an area closer to the temple site and with a smoother surface to navigate.
 
Is there special parking available if you are a disabled badge holder, elderly, or pregnant?
We are unable to facilitate a special parking area, given the amount of guests and cars we are catering for, however please speak to one of our car park volunteers upon arrival and they will try and park you as close as possible.

Yes, a ticket is still required even if you walk to the Temple or get a taxi.

If you are having trouble cancelling the tickets, please email us at ticket@krishnatemple.com and we’d be happy to do it for you. Similarly, if any family members also have tickets that they won’t be using, please let us know so that we can cancel their ticket and make it available to others.
