The “Rise Retreat 2025” was a resounding success for the UK Yatra. Over 530 devotees from all across the UK came together for an unforgettable weekend of enlivening kirtans, deep discussion, wonderful prasadam, and spiritual inspiration. The overwhelming response was “Make it an annual retreat!” “RISE – WHERE YOU UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL” Rise 2026 is moving to new heights, and will be again in Nottingham for 2026 with a capacity for 1000 devotees. This is your invitation for an unforgettable, one-of-a kind immersive experience of bhakti and hands-on learning (workshops) to rise to your real potential.

Important points to note before you book your space
1. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS TO COME TO Nottingham Venues however you can join the whatsapp group once you have registered (an email will be sent out after registration where you will be asked to join a whatsapp community under which you can find a group called Coach Service) if you would like help with transportation there will be a coach arranged from Watford and Soho at an additional cost – Please remember the travel arrangements are not guaranteed and we will try our best to accommodate your request!
2. Please register with your Legal (Passport name) as per hotel rules and regulations. Please don't enter your Initiated names
3. If you are registering as a family please include everyone’s names and also the age of children in brackets eg Amit Sharma, Shivani Sharma, Nimit Sharma (Age 5) and Himaksh Sharma (Age 8), age is very important for us to allocate the rooms and also plan activities for Children for Krishna Club. Krishna Club activities for Children upto age 12 will run parallel to the main talk so parents can make most of the sessions. Our main speakers will also conduct interactive sessions with the Children! Krishna club lead will be DBS checked and will be with the children all the time
4. There are only 6 accessible rooms in Orchard Hotel and 5 in Jubilee Hotel and will only be given to people with disability, Please specify this in the comment box with all the details so the Team can provide you all the necessary support during the retreat
5. Lifts are available in all the areas however If you still prefer a room on the ground floor then please request it while registration, we will try our best to accommodate your request however cannot guarantee it
6. Dietary Requirements: Vegeterian Prasadam will be served during the retreat. If you have vegan or gluten free diet then please mention it on the registration form. Due to the high number of the guests we won't be able to cater for specific dietary requirements other than mentioned above. Please note for Vegan and Gluten free diet, limited options will be available. You are more than welcome to bring your own food and there will be a microwave provided in the communal area to warm up the food.
7. Room Sharing Policy: If you are coming with anyone who you would like to share the room with (including children if you are bringing any) please write names of all the guests, we only allow married couples/married couples with children to stay together, otherwise room sharing with opposite sex is not allowed, if you are coming by yourself you will be sharing room with someone of the same sex and will be assigned by the Team!
8. Once you have registered you will receive a link to join the whatsapp community where all the further updates, retreat pack etc will be shared. Please make sure you join the whatsapp group otherwise you will not receive the important information regarding the retreat and the orgainising team won't be responsible for you missing out on information
9. We cannot hold any spaces for you, once you have paid then your space is confirmed
10. Cancellation policy: If you cancel on or before 31 Jan 26 you will receive 50% of the total amount paid, any cancellation after 31 Jan 26 will not be eligible for any refund
11. We don’t take any responsibility of your health, any loss or injury during the trip,travel etc hence please make sure you make the necessary arrangements before and during the retreat if needed. If you do have any special requirements then please let us know, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your request but will try our very best!
12. Photos and Videos will be taken during the retreat and therefore by registering for the retreat including the children you are giving us the consent to be a part of the pictures and videos
13. On arrival you will be registered and a wristband will be provided to every single participant which will be checked frequently during the program and at the prasadam stations therefore please make sure you don't invite anyone who is not registered, if we find anyone who is not registered they will be asked to leave the premises
14. If you are staying in a room by yourself you can't invite anyone else to stay with you as you have paid for a single occupany, if this policy is violated then the person registered for single occupancy will be fined as per Hotel rules. Please note there are no single room available in the Orchard Hotel, either you will have to share a room with someone, if not you have the option of selecting a single room in Jubilee hotel which is around 7 to 8 mins drive from the main conference centre. YOU WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY IN JUBILEE HOTEL
15. If a speaker pulls out of the retreat due to an "unavoidable reason," we will try our best to provide you the best experience either with the existing speakers or finding a replacement however no refunds will be provided
