School of Bhakti invites you to join a wonderful retreat to Govardhan Retreat Centre, Vrindavan, at the end of October 2026.

As many of you who have been on School of Bhakti Retreats will know, we have had several successful retreats to India.  We endeavour to organise every detail to make sure your experience on our retreats will be comfortable, stress free and above all, extremely beneficial, allowing you to have wonderful association with like minded people to go deeper in your spiritual journeys.

As those who travelled to Vrindavan and Jaipur with School of Bhakti Retreats Team in March 2024 will attest to, the opportunity to visit the Holy Dham of Vrindavan with His Holiness SB Keshava Swami was, a life-changing experience.  Both those who had travelled to the Dham for the first time, and those who were seasoned visitors found the trip transformational and deeply nourishing, creating lifelong memories, beautiful impressions in the heart and strong friendships.

By popular demand and great fortune, we are now able to offer another opportunity of attending a retreat with Maharaj again this year.  Despite his extremely busy schedule HH SB Keshava Swami has permitted us to organise another retreat with him, to allow attendees to immerse more deeply in the pastimes of Radha & Krishna at none other than the beautiful land of Vrindavan, at the amazing Govardhan Retreat Centre. 

It simply does not get better than this! This trip is a wonderful chance to travel to the Dham with a group of amazing, like-minded people.  However, it is also so much more than that - it is a rare opportunity to have the close association of HH SB Keshava Swami - one of the most amazing and inspirational personalities of Srila Prabhupada’s movement. We would also be honoured to have association of HH BS Gauranga Swami which will be like an icing on the cake!

Hearing from Maharaj's about the beautiful pasttimes of Radha & Krishna, you will feel fully immersed in the love that abounds in the beautiful, dusty paths of Vrindavan, where you will truly feel that you are being walked to your eternal home by a great saint.  We are sure that those who take up this opportunity are guaranteed an experience that will change their lives and touch their hearts like no other.

When: 31^st October 2026 to 07^th November 2026 (7 nights)

Where: Govardhan Retreat Centre

Itinerary:

The retreat will start on 31^st October 2026 – at Govardhan Retreat Centre at 10am (local time).

A detailed itinerary for the stay in Govardhan will be provided in due course.

The retreat will finish on 07^th November 2026 at 10am (local time) at which point you may decide to extend your stay in India/travel further, or make your way to the airport for your return journey home.

The main highlights of the retreat will be morning program, Parikrama every day, workshops, Q&A, Sanga, Japa walks around Govardhan & ecstatic Kirtans!

• Please note all the rooms are ensuite except the Dormitory. Dormitory comes with a shared bathroom
• If you are looking for a single occupacy rooms (not sharing with anyone) the only option available is the accomodation close by and the spaces are very limited
• We won't be able to cater for specific dietary requirement due to the scale of the retreat. Vegetarian Prasadam will be served.Vegan and Gluten Free options will be available!
• If you are planning to arrive a day before, we have provided you an option to book the GRC for an extra night at a reasonable cost which includes Dinner on 30 Oct and Breakfast on 31 Oct, please select option 10,11 or 12 in addition to your retreat package

Package 2: Room for Max 2 people (2 single beds, can be adult/Children): £649 per room

Package 3: Room for Max 3 people (2 single beds and 1 mattress, can be Adult/Children): £749 per room

Package 4: Family room for 2 adults and 2 children (1 Double bed and 1 Sofa bed): £849 per room

Package 5: Dormitory (4 beds) £149 per person

Within 1 to 2 minute walk from GRC and is completely safe to walk

Package 6: Adult Occupancy (Room for yourself, No sharing): £499 per person

Package 7: Room for 2 adults (1 Double bed, beds cannot be twinned): £599 per room

Accommodation Offsite (Retreat Only package):

Package 8: Retreat only Adult price: £139 per person

Package 9: Retreat only Children price age 3 to 12: £99 per person (Children under 3 will be free on retreat only price)

Extra night Accommodation at the Govardhan retreat centre (GRC) on 30 Oct - includes dinner on 30 Oct and breakfast on 31 Oct 26

Package 10: Adult Shared Occupancy (Share with one more adult of same sex): £30 per person

Package 11: Room for Max 2 people (2 single beds, can be adult/Children): £60 per room

Package 12: Room for Max 4 people (2 single beds and 1 mattress or Family room): £80 per room

What is included in the retreat:

• Comfortable accommodation (this does not apply for Retreat only package)
• Three meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Retreat Fee

What is not included:

• You will need to arrange your own international flight to Delhi.  
• Appropriate visa and travel insurance is also your responsibility to arrange.
• We will be circumambulating Govardhan by foot however if you would like to take an autorickshaw or any other means of travel – you will have to pay yourself
• Travel from airport to Govardhan and back is not included and will need to be arranged by you. We can provide you with the contact details of the reliable taxi services

Important disclosures:

• All payments to the various service providers will be completed in advance, so therefore no refunds can be provided once you have booked onto the retreat.
• A detailed retreat itinerary will be provided closer to the time of retreat.
• A retreat pack with all key relevant information will be provided with full details one month in advance of the retreat
