Course Description
From your time at home with family, to your time at work with colleagues. From your time eating food, to your time on holiday. From your time relaxing inside on the sofa, to your time spent outside with friends. All of this can become a part of your spiritual practice when conducted and connected to divinity.
Drawing from timeless teachings, here we present 18 practical steps to support your endeavours to integrate your bhakti yoga practices into every day life. In this way we can awaken deep fulfilment, happiness and satisfaction at the level of the soul. Indeed, Krishna assures us that the individual who is steadfast and determined in such spiritual practices can see Him face-to-face.
This course is for those who seek something more than ritualistic religion. It is also recommended for our graduates of our other courses who wish to know more about the practical application of this God loving philosophy.
Teacher Bio
After graduating from University of Manchester, Anita went on to further her studies at the Université Paris-Est-Créteil-Val-de-Marne (UPEC): Listed among top institutions for surgery in France. Now commutes Paris to London 3 days a week after 2 decades of having French connections and finally leaving the NHS decided to work out there for a spiritual work life balance. Having studied Gujarati to A level standard, Anita used to teach beginners and GCSE standard at Rushey Mead School, in Leicester where she was born and raised. She was raised in a spiritual setting where her parents since 1982 have been actively running Shree Vishwakarma Puran Satsang Mandal. Anita has been surrounded and grown up in deep Krishna culture, bhajans and Indian classical music. From the age of 5, Anita has also been under the tutelage of Ustad Dharambir Singh and has been learning and continues to learn the sitar hailing from the Ustad Vilayat Khan Gharana. 2 decades later Anita supports her Music teachers vision & ambition by being a Creative Musical Director & Board Member of Sitar Music Society since 2005. Having lived in Barsana for 15 months serving the families spiritual master, Anita has deeply rooted her learning and teachings for Krsna through Shree Sant Mata Brajdeviji an avid author, brajvasi & spiritual motivational speaker. This has given Anita a deep platform in Bhakti Yoga. Anita came to Krsna Consciousness in 2019 just before covid-19 through CTRL, ALT retreat, a university retreat day which was being held in the Bhaktivedanta Manor. Since then Anita has been serving in the School of Bhakti and the Bhaktivedanta Manor with various services. The Hare Krishna Movement has transformed Anita’s learnings, teachings & assisted her to grow deeper and closer to Krsna and her vision is to continue serving and giving Krsna to all through various platforms, School of Bhakti, Wisdom that Breathes Conscious Changemakers Programmes and through spiritual conversations and touching hearts. She continues to work on developing deep spiritual insights that transform character and consciousness.
