Course Description
This 3-hour immersive workshop is a gentle journey into devotion, mindfulness, and creative self-expression, inspired by the sacred energy of the Jagannatha Mandala. Rooted in spiritual tradition, this practice draws upon the symbolism of Lord Jagannatha—representing divine presence, inclusivity, and universal compassion—expressed through the meditative creation of mandala art.
In a safe and nurturing space, participants are guided step by step to create their own Jagannatha-inspired mandala, reflecting themes of divine connection, inner harmony, and cosmic order. No prior art experience is needed. The process encourages intuitive creativity over artistic perfection, allowing each mandala to unfold organically as a personal expression of devotion and awareness.
Through guided meditation, conscious breathing, and mindful art-making, the session fosters deep relaxation, emotional balance, and spiritual grounding. This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking a deeper connection to the self, a sense of inner stillness, or a meaningful pause from the demands of everyday life, while engaging with the sacred symbolism of Jagannatha.
What you will experience:
All materials are provided, and participants will take home their completed mandala as a personal symbol of devotion and self-connection.
Limited availability: Only 10 places to ensure an intimate and supportive experience.
