Teacher Bio

By 30, Krishna Desai had leapt from an admin role to Global Head of Marketing Communications for a billion-dollar tech company, a journey fuelled not by privilege, but by breaking free of self-limiting beliefs and finding her authentic voice. That voice became her superpower, helping her lead global campaigns, launch new brands, and advise senior leaders while championing diversity and inclusion. Her career took her onto stages across London, Dubai, Delhi, Europe, and the US, where she spoke on building inclusive workplaces and the power of diverse voices. Alongside this, Krishna honed her craft through Toastmasters, where she not only competed but won multiple speaking competitions, experiences that deepened her ability to connect, persuade, and inspire. As head of her company’s Women’s Employee Resource Group, she designed programmes that helped women grow their confidence in public speaking and presenting — directly contributing to promotions and career breakthroughs.

Today, she has turned that purpose into practice as a public speaking and confidence coach. She mentors and provides workshops for individuals and corporates to not only find their voices but to use them to thrive in spaces that weren’t always built for them.
