    Frequently asked questions

You can volunteer with an adult from any age if you are able to e.g: make samosas. If you are 16-17 year old you can come alone but will need a consent from parents/guardian and under supervision. If you are 18 and over you can come on your own.

No, but we ask you come at least for two hours minimum. If you can commit on a regular basis, you’ll have a much wider range of opportunities. You can volunteer on a weekly or monthly basis. Based on your choices, we’ll get in touch with you to discuss options.

All volunteers have to attend free annual training and also appropriate training for the area of services they maybe involved in.

Of course, our T-shirts and other merchandise are available to all regular volunteers.

When you fill out the volunteering form above, you’ll be able to choose from a list of options.

Please email us on volunteer@krishnatemple.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
