Avanti School SIF Forms

School forms are signed at fixed times:

  • Fridays: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Sundays: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Please make sure you bring the correct SIF forms for the correct school year you are applying for. We cant print forms for you.
  • We only signs forms in person / no digital forms will be accepted. Forms should be brought in by the parent named on the form.
  • The child does not need to be there
  • Visit the reception in the main temple building on the correct days and times.

There are 3 criterias for Avanti SIF forms that you could fit in:

Criteria 5 / 6 – Practicing Hindu Family

  • Families must visit Bhaktivedanta Manor at least once per month for a minimum of 12 months.
  • They should be able to provide evidence of their regular visits.

Criteria 4.2 / 5.2 – Attendance in a Registered Sanga Group

  • Parents must be actively attending one of the in-person Sanga groups registered under the Bhaktivedanta Manor Sanga Committee.
  • Online Sanga groups will not be accepted—only in-person attendance qualifies.
  • A minimum of one year of attendance is required, with at least 80% participation.
  • A letter from the Sanga leader confirming attendance must be submitted in advance (5 days) before signing the form which will need to be verified by the Sanga Committee.

Criteria 4.1 / 5.1 – Initiation with ISKCON

  • Parents must have taken initiation (diksha) within ISKCON.
  • Proof of initiation is required, including photographs and letters of recommendation from an ISKCON authority, especially if initiated outside Bhaktivedanta Manor.

School Forms for other Faith Schools

Practicing Hindu Family

  • Families must visit Bhaktivedanta Manor at least once per month.
  • If you just need a letter please email bmf@krishnatemple.com with your child’s details and your home address
  • Certain schools have a form where we have to verify that we know you on personal basis please make sure that you have connected with us previous to signing any such forms as we can only do that if we know you personally.

Important Notice:

While we aim to support families with their applications, the signing of forms is carried out at our discretion. We are under no obligation to approve any request, and we will not tolerate intimidation, coercion, or any form of undue pressure. We expect all interactions to be respectful and conducted with integrity.

Please note that we cannot influence the admissions process in any way. Our role is solely to confirm the criteria stated above; any decisions regarding admissions rest entirely with the relevant school or admissions authority.

Additionally, due to festivals and holidays, signatories may occasionally be unavailable. If you are making a special journey or taking time off work, we strongly recommend checking in advance by emailing us.
