Community celebration for Manor’s 50th anniversary
Devotees organised an end of year celebration, themed around Bhaktivedanta Manor’s 50th anniversary. The organisers had embraced a joyous spirit and everyone was made welcome.
Temple President signs Covenant to promote respect amongst faiths
Bhaktivedanta Manor's Temple President, Her Grace Visakha Dasi, joined 21 other senior faith representatives from across the County of Hertfordshire
Invitation to Ram Mandir, Ayodhya
Everyone is invited to participate in the installation ceremony by taking darshan of the Kalash carrying Akshata (Holy Grains) from the Ayodhya Trust, which symbolises the invite to visit the temple in Ayodhya, either on the installation day itself or sometime in the future.
Volunteers Friendship Group
Volunteer Care Council have established a Volunteers Friendship Group for those who are 50 years and over to get together, socialise, play games, and puzzles - whilst of course keeping Krishna at the centre!

Taking the season to heart, the Bhaktivedanta Players performed a hilarious and lively parody of the Wizard of Oz.
Manor devotees participate in Vedic Cosmology Conference
Manor community devotees participated in a timely international conference organised the Bhaktivedanta Institute for Higher Studies (BIHS), entitled “Cosmology of the Bhagavata Purana: Current Research on History, Philosophy, and Science.”
Mosaic unveiled in celebration of 50th Anniversary
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary at Bhaktivedanta Manor, a special mosaic was commissioned and recently unveiled. The project was led by mosaic artist Wendy Phillips and a core team, as well as an extended team of 400 community members contributing their talents.
Help prevent noise pollution near the Temple
A proposal has been made to develop a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in the land adjacent to Bhaktivedanta Manor. There is a shared concern between the local villagers in Letchmore Heath and Bhaktivedanta Manor that this development would bring about many issues, primarily that of noise pollution.
The King and the President
With a desire to increase communication, understanding and harmony between world faiths, King Charles III of the United Kingdom arranged for faith leaders to gather with him. Visakha Dasi, president of Bhaktivedanta Manor, was one of the leaders to meet the King.
Prabhupada Book Marathon 2023
The Book Marathon is an annual event, in which everyone is encouraged to distribute the spiritual knowledge of Srila Prabhupada’s books.
Prime Minister congratulates Manor for its 50th anniversary
Rishi Sunak celebrated Diwali in his home at 10 Downing Street, along with his wife Akshata and dozens of invited guests. From ISKCON’s Bhaktivedanta Manor , temple president Visakha Dasi attended along with Sachi Kishore Das and Krishna Sanjay Dasi , members of the Manor’s communication team.
