If you always wanted to learn to play Bansuri-melodic, captivating, soothing Flute, under the guidance of a highly experienced Music teacher this is your opportunity.

He’s been playing Bansuri flute for many years at the Bhaktivedanta Manor temple accompanying Kirtan and Bhajans for the pleasure of Their Lordships.

In the beginners’ course you’ll be learning how to blow and play the flute and learn Alankars, Meends, Komal Swars, Volume Control & various techniques and styles of music through Raagas. Course will consist of learning Palata for finger speed and how to Notate a melody. Please join us for this rare opportunity to study and journey into the world of this beautiful Flute instrument.

This course will be run in person (Paramatma room, Haveli).

You will need to bring your own Bansuri Flute to the sessions, this will not be provided. Scale required is C# (sharp) Bamboo/ Bansuri flute right hand side and blowing from side.
