Description:
An immersive day with experts and coaches about leadership, both external and internal leadership.
- Welcome (9.30 AM – 10AM)
- Morning Workshops (10AM – 1PM on rotation)
“Sound like a leader” by Rupal Naidoo, a vocal and public speaking coach. Focus will be on vocal presence, storytelling, and nonverbal communication. It will also cover active listening skills and practical strategies for managing public speaking anxiety.
”Vision to Action: Strategic Thinking” by Shyam Govinda, a personal coach and community leader. Focus will be developing a clear, actionable vision and setting achievable goals using practical frameworks.
”Lead from Within: Inner Strength for Outer Impact” by Vandna Synghal, a coach and chaplain. Focus will be exploring the qualities of inner leadership such as resilience, clarity of purpose, and self-discipline.

- Mantra Meditation and Reflection (3.30PM – 4PM)
