The team have some exciting news to share from New Gokul Farm. Recently the goshala family has grown with several beautiful new additions:

Firstly, they welcomed  two new pregnant cows, and a bull!

“The new bull will start a new dynasty, and be able to mate with the daughters of our current bull, Hari,” explained Chief Herdsman Achyuta das. “Similarly, the two new cows will introduce new maternal lines to the herd. The expectant mothers are due to give birth around the end of August, and they’re eagerly awaiting their calves.

“These three new arrivals were purchased from a farm where they would have otherwise been sent to slaughter. But now they will now live their full natural life-spans, and most importantly, living a life of service to their Lordships.

“And there’s more! At around 5 pm on Thursday 31st July, the beautiful Mukunda Priya gave birth to an adorable little girl. The bull Hari was the father. The delivery required some assistance, and the entire goshala team was there to help ensure a successful birth for both mother and calf.

“We’re so grateful to have a community that supports us in providing our herd with a life of dignity and devotion. We hope you’ll have a chance to visit New Gokul soon to meet our new family members!”
