Course Description
This 3-hour immersive workshop is a gentle journey into devotion, mindfulness, and creative self-expression, inspired by the sacred symbolism of offering a lotus to Lord Krishna’s lotus feet. Rooted in spiritual tradition, mandala art is a meditative and therapeutic practice that uses circular patterns to cultivate focus, calm, and self-awareness.
In a safe and nurturing space, participants are softly guided step by step to create their own mandala as an act of mindful offering and inner reflection. No prior art experience is needed. The process emphasizes intuitive creativity rather than artistic perfection, allowing each mandala to emerge naturally from within.
Through guided meditation, conscious breathing, and mindful art-making, the session supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and a stronger connection to the self. This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking inner balance, spiritual grounding, or a peaceful pause from the busyness of everyday life.
What you will experience:
- A devotional and meditative approach to mandala art
- Guided relaxation and mindfulness practices
- Intuitive, heart-led creative expression
- Emotional soothing and inner calm
- A sense of offering, surrender, and spiritual connection
All materials are provided, and participants will take home their completed mandala as a personal symbol of devotion and self-connection.
Limited availability: Only 10 places to ensure an intimate and supportive experience.
