Course Description
Breathing is the one thing we do every moment of our lives—yet most of us are only using a fraction of its true potential. The Power of Breath is a dynamic 3-hour experiential seminar designed to reveal how conscious breathing can dramatically improve your physical health, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
Blending modern science with ancient yogic wisdom, this seminar also draws inspiration from the sacred wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, where breath (prana), discipline, and conscious awareness are described as essential tools for mastering the mind and senses. You will explore how breath becomes the bridge between body, mind, and higher consciousness.
Through guided practices, participants will not only understand the theory but feel the immediate benefits of working with the breath. The session is both grounded in physiology and elevated through spiritual insight—making it deeply practical and deeply meaningful.
What You Will Learn & Experience:
* How breathing patterns affect stress, anxiety, and energy levels
* The science of breath and the nervous system
* Yogic understanding of prana as described in the Bhagavad Gita
* Techniques to calm the mind and body in minutes
* Practices to increase vitality, focus, and emotional balance
* Breathwork for resilience, confidence, and performance
* A guided deep breathwork journey linked to mantra awareness
