- Welcome (9.30 AM – 10 AM)
- Morning Workshops (10 AM – 1 PM on rotation)
Cow Care: Discover compassionate care and learn about the profound spiritual significance of cows in sustainable living.
Organic Farming: Engage directly with nature, learn sustainable agriculture techniques, and explore the benefits of growing your own food.
Solar Healing Yoga: Experience revitalising yoga postures, harnessing the power of the sun to energise and heal your body and mind.
- Lunch Break (1 PM – 2 PM)
Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing lunch, providing the perfect pause to reflect and connect with fellow participants.

- Afternoon Keynote with Keshava Swami (2 PM – 3:15 PM)
Join inspirational speaker Keshava Swami for a powerful session blending ancient spiritual insights with practical wisdom for living harmoniously with nature.
- Kirtan Session (3:15 PM – 4 PM)
Conclude the day with a vibrant and uplifting Kirtan, connecting deeply with spiritual sound vibrations to rejuvenate your inner self.
