For the occasion, the stage in the new Haveli was decorated with dozens of candles symbolising the light of knowledge that Srila Prabhupada brought to the world through his spiritual teachings. After an absence of 14 years, the beautiful deities of Jagannath, Baladev and Subhadra were ceremoniously transported from Their home in the ISKCON-London temple to Bhaktivedanta Manor. Two weeks in advance of London Ratha Yatra, thousands of devotees in the Manor community were given the invaluable opportunity to bathe Their Lordships inside the Shri Krishna Haveli. –  

Along with other faith representatives and local dignitaries, Godruma das and Radha Mohan das recited Sanskrit prayers and offered words of comfort at Norbury Primary School in Harrow.  It was part of a ceremonial unveiling of a new memorial stone erected in the school’s front lawn, in memory of the disproportionate amount of staff and parents that had sadly passed away after catching the Coronavirus.  –

The Manor’ charity wing The Lotus Trust raises £185,000 to help Covid victims in India Earlier this year India experienced an enormous spike in COVID 19 cases and deaths. The Lotus Trust, the welfare arm of Bhaktivedanta Manor  has been working with the ISKCON Temple in Delhi. Queen Elizabeth 11 A letter was recently sent to the president of Bhaktivedanta Manor, Visakha Dasi, from Her Majesty the Queen, via her Private Secretary’s Office. The letter thanked Vishaka for her recent Back To Godhead article about the Queen, entitled, “Royal Duty – Divine Duty” that was published in its July/August edition.  The letter then added that the Queen expressed her best wishes to the community of Bhaktivedanta Manor. “It was a very positive article by Visakha Dasi praising the Queen’s devotion to her duty, and how everyone can get closer to God through our own attention to duty...
