Course Description

Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it – Mark Twain

Have you been hurt or wounded by someone? Is there someone who you need to forgive? You may have heard many times that we need to forgive, not for others’ sake but for ourselves, but why is that? Our unresolved pain and hurt can stay with us and impact everything we do, whether we are conscious of it or not. More scarily, unresolved issues, no matter how big or small, can travel with us lifetime after lifetime until we learn the lessons we are meant to learn. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. We can never be free from the bitterness of the past as long as we hold on to the pain and wounds we carry. Contrary to how we may feel, we are the ones holding onto the toxicity. Only forgiveness can set us free.

Would you like to set yourself free from the past hurts, pain, and resentment? Are you ready to let go of the bitterness and rise above?  This course will provide a safe environment to express yourselves and embark on your journey to forgiveness.

Join us on this course where you will:

  • Be able to reflect on past experiences and face your true emotions on these Learn what forgiveness is and understand how not forgiving can be a self-placed obstacle on our spiritual journey
  • Dig deeper into the lives of personalities from scripture and learn from them
  • Take away practical tools to help you forgive in any situation
  • We invite you to tread on the path of transformation and experience the power of letting go, feeling lighter and happier as you embark on your own journey of forgiveness.
