The Krishna Capital Gate Centre in Hainault within the London borough of Redbridge, was inaugurated with great joy and enthusiasm. This newly established centre marks a significant milestone in the efforts to support humanitarian aid and community service. The event was graced by the presence of the Mayor of Redbridge, Cllr Sheila Bain, along with other local Councillors. Dayal Mora das, Temple President of ISKCON-London, and Parasuram das, Director of Food for All received the special guests.
The inauguration ceremony began with traditional rituals and prayers, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by the Mayor.
Parasuram das led the first aarti pujari service and Dayal Mora das led the singing of first aarti. Everyone was singing and dancing in joy!
After the Aarti ceremony, the Mayor addressed the community and thanked everyone for taking part. She thanked Parasuram das and his team or their selfless and wonderful welfare work of distributing free food to the homeless, needy and hungry people in London, other parts of United Kingdom, Ukraine, Turkey and Syria.
The Krishna Capital Gate Centre is equipped with facilities to support humanitarian aid, including the storage of food and other necessary items.
