Course Description

Life constantly offers us opportunities, but few are as powerful as the chance to transform our perspective. Step into the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita like never before using the newly released 5-Minute Gita (Bloomsbury) by Nitesh Gor/Navina Krishna das as a gateway into Bhagavad-gītā As It Is by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

Across a series of dynamic sessions, you’ll explore the Gita’s core teachings and frameworks, not just as philosophical ideas but as practical tools for navigating work, relationships, and the complexities of modern life. Through interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and guided application, you’ll develop a living, breathing relationship with the Gita—turning it from a book on your shelf into a trusted companion in your daily decisions.

What You Will Learn:

By the end of this course, you will:

• Grasp the Gita’s structure, flow, and timeless message.

• Master its frameworks from the three gunas to the upside-down tree, and use them as tools for real-life decision-making.

• Build confidence with the text and make its language and terms part of your own vocabulary.

• Turn wisdom into action by applying the Gita’s insights to your relationships, work, and personal growth.

• Develop a living relationship with the Gita so it becomes your guide, not just a book.

Who Should Attend:

• Seekers of personal growth who want practical tools for decision-making, clarity, and inner balance.

• Professionals and leaders who are looking for timeless frameworks to guide ethical and effective action.

• Students of spirituality or philosophy who are eager to deepen their understanding of the Gita’s teachings.
