Reconnect, rejuvenate, and realign with nature at the ‘Nature & Mantra’ retreat. Immerse yourself in enriching hands-on experiences and insightful teachings, designed to ground you in a mindful, sustainable lifestyle inspired by ancient wisdom.Registration & Welcome (9.15 AM – 10 AM)Morning Activities (10 AM – 1 PM)Cow Care: Discover compassionate care and learn about the profound spiritual significance of cows in sustainable living.

Organic Farming: Engage directly with nature, learn sustainable agriculture techniques, and explore the benefits of growing your own food.

Lunch Break (1 PM – 2.30 PM)

Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing lunch, providing the perfect pause to reflect and connect with fellow participants.

Kirtan & Meditation Session (2.30 PM – 4 PM)

Conclude the day with a vibrant and uplifting Kirtan, connecting deeply with spiritual sound vibrations to rejuvenate your inner self.

Please note:

  1. Activities and schedule can be changed without notice for reasons beyond our control such as weather.
  2. Activities are located within the farm and Goshalala; there will be walking on terrain and uneven surfaces.
  3. We welcome everyone, however the retreat is suitable for children aged 14 and over. All participants require a ticket regardless of age.
